Essential Plug & Play adapter required for proper learning/adaptation of the SCR/DPF emulator on the latest Scania trucks with EEC4 control unit (from 2024 onwards).

Why is the programming adapter sold separately?

The programming adapter is only required during the initial setup and configuration of the emulator. Once the device has been programmed and installed, the adapter is no longer needed.

Many workshops and fleet technicians install multiple emulators across different vehicles. In these cases, a single programming adapter can be used to configure all devices, so there is no need to purchase a separate adapter for every emulator.

Important: This adapter is required to properly learn the SCR/DPF emulator on Scania EEC4. Without this learning procedure the emulator will not work correctly.
