We have experienced that sometimes users encounter difficulties when using a newly bought truck & car diagnostic tool. Even though most of the OBD2 scanners, code readers or garage equipment are very intuitive and have Windows, Android or other well-known OS installed, customers can still face difficulties or at least will not make use the best out of purchased diagnostic equipment. 

Learning is always time consuming. Therefore, in order to save time, contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Training can be held both online (via Teamviewer) or in person.
