OTCL – professional brake disc lathe designed to machine brake discs without removing them from the vehicle. This method reduces the need for additional removal and installation work and allows for a more accurate assessment of the brake rotor’s position within the vehicle’s wheel hub assembly. The machine can be used to address issues such as vibrations felt during braking, brake pedal pulsation, corrosion on the disc surface, uneven brake pad contact, and noise. By machining the discs directly on the vehicle, it is possible to eliminate the effects of misalignment between the disc and hub assembly and improve the performance of the braking system.
