Autel EVDiag Box2 EV High-Voltage Diagnostic Platform
The Autel EVDiag Box2 is a 6-in-1 diagnostic and measurement platform designed for electric vehicle high-voltage systems. Compatible with Autel MaxiSYS flagship tablets including the MaxiSYS Ultra, MS919, MS909 and their S2 versions, it adds dedicated EV hardware for battery diagnostics, high-voltage component testing and advanced HV measurements.
Combining battery and HV component diagnostics with VDC measurement, insulation testing, equipotential bonding testing and battery internal resistance measurement (ACIR), the EVDiag Box2 brings multiple EV high-voltage functions together in one compact platform.

Battery Diagnostics

The system provides HV component testing together with a graphical block diagram, helping technicians understand the high-voltage system and identify faults within its components.
Battery Quick Check & Guided EV Circuit Test
The guided Battery Quick Check helps identify five critical battery faults. Static battery testing with insulation resistance checks supports faster fault isolation and helps identify potential battery risks.
Guided procedures support HV energization and de-energization, including SAE J1766 measurement for verifying high-voltage discharge conditions during servicing.
Dynamic Battery Pack Testing (DCIR) & Wireless CDT100 / BCE100 Control
Dynamic Battery Pack Testing monitors voltage, temperature and internal resistance in real time under load. The system also provides SOH Blitz Test and SOH Deep Test for rapid and in-depth battery state-of-health assessment.
Wirelessly manage and monitor battery module charging, discharging and balancing from a compatible MaxiSYS tablet and generate detailed reports using the MaxiEV CDT100 and MaxiEV BCE100.
