The BD-10A is a fully automatic air conditioning station built to handle the real demands of a busy heavy transport workshop. If your team works on HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicles) trucks, intercity buses, agricultural tractors, construction equipment or railway rolling stock, this machine takes care of the complete A/C cycle quickly and with minimal effort from your technicians. Passenger cars are supported too, so one machine covers your entire customer base.
Every vehicle must run R134a, the most widely used refrigerant in both heavy transport and passenger vehicles. The BD-10A manages the entire process without manual intervention: refrigerant recovery, system vacuuming, oil injection and final recharge, all handled automatically in a single cycle.
Powered by a 1 HP compressor and carrying a 50 kg onboard refrigerant cylinder, this truck AC (air conditioning) station pushes refrigerant at up to 2 kg/min. Extraction efficiency exceeds 95% and the built-in scale holds accuracy to ±30 g. A 7-inch touchscreen with 23 language options makes daily operation straightforward for international teams and large fleet depots alike. Five-metre hoses provide comfortable reach across all vehicle sizes, from passenger cars to full-size articulated trucks and coaches.
