The BD-093 is a fully automatic R134a air conditioning filling station built for modern workshops that need to cover all vehicle types under one roof. Petrol and diesel cars, hybrid vehicles and full EV (electric vehicles) are all handled safely by a single machine, making it one of the few AC filling stations on the market genuinely ready for the shift to electric transport.

This is not a standard AC filling station with an EV label slapped on it. The BD-093 has a dedicated POE (Polyol Ester) oil injection system with its own separate tank specifically because EV and hybrid compressors require non-conductive POE oil rather than the PAG (Polyalkylene Glycol) oil used in traditional petrol vehicles. Mixing these oils damages compressors and can cause electrical faults in high-voltage systems. The separate tank design eliminates that risk entirely.

The dedicated POE oil tank keeps EV and petrol jobs completely separate, no cross-contamination risk between vehicle types. A built-in refrigerant database with free lifetime updates means the machine stays accurate as new vehicle models arrive. The fully automatic cycle covers refrigerant recovery, system vacuuming, oil injection and R134a refilling without the technician managing each stage manually.
