- Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
- Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.

How To Choose Test Fluid And Cleaning Fluid?
- Test Fluid: The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it’s recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.
- Cleaning Fluid: Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use a professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. If it is not available locally, it’s recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the cleaning fluid, but note that the effect may not be good enough.
