ATO2002 Automotive Tablet Oscilloscope

 

The ATO2002 is an innovative automotive oscilloscope that is the world's first oscilloscope in mobile field use that can be operated purely via the 10.1 inch touch screen and provides comprehensive automotive diagnostic functions. Battery operation can last up to 4 hours and can be extended indefinitely by replacing with a spare battery if required.

The ATO2002 focuses on automotive diagnostics, and offers high usability through the use of an Android operating system. The device also has an external trigger output so that it can be used as an equivalent table oscilloscope in the laboratory.  In addition to serial bus decoding, the ATO2002 also offers various automotive diagnostic functions, such as charging and starting circuit tests, pressure tests such as cylinder compression and fuel pressure. 

The ATO2002 features a 1GHz sampling rate, 110 Mpts memory depth, a signal acquisition rate of up to 78,000 wfm/s, 4 channels, 200 MHz bandwidth and 2 channels. In addition, the touch LCD display offers a resolution of 1280 * 800 pixels, which also supports multi-touch operation. The oscilloscope app (IOS & Android) allows remote control of the oscilloscope via WIFI. In addition, the oscilloscope has a USB and Ethernet interface.

The touch operation of the Micsig ATO2002 is extremely intuitive. This simple operation is indispensable for users of smartphones and tablets today, but it is new and innovative for an oscilloscope. Thanks to the digital trigger system, trigger jitter is very low and triggering is highly precise. In addition, the oscilloscope supports serial bus triggers and bus decoding.

  • Capable of charging/starting circuit tests - 12V and 24V charging and starting systems are supported. Ability to record charging ripples, starting current and other parameters
  • Various sensors test - the ability to check the following sensors: ABS, accelerator pedal, throttle valve, fuel pressure, air flow sensor, crankshaft sensor, camshaft position sensor, detonation knock sensors, MAP sensors, etc.
  • Checking of various actuators- the signal of the components is obtained at the push of a button, and in this way the work is done easily and simply. Compatible with the following components: fuel injectors, their voltages and current, fan control current, variable valve timing, EGR valves, etc.
  • Ignition performance check - possibility to perform primary, secondary and combined ignition tests
  • Communication, signal scanning - CAN (CAN High / CAN Low), CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay and K line scanning
  • Combined testing - the device is equipped with several scanning channels, which allow reading the readings of several components and sensors at the same time and combining them into common results. For example perform a general test of the sensors of the crankshaft and camshafts and the like
